The Title Pack is the modern version of the property's Title Deeds and provides full legal proof of ownership as well as detailing all rights, responsibilities, restrictions and covenants that affect the property.

The boundary of a property is detailed on the property's plan document. The plan shows the land owned. The plans are prepared on the latest Ordnance Survey map available at the time of first registration and show:

• The title number of the land.
• The land included in the title which is normally edged in red.
• The scale at which the plan is drawn.
