The documents (deeds) held by the Register are reviewed, the Boundary Report is then compiled and written to clearly identify key information about the property's boundaries.
The boundary report clearly explains:
- Which of the property's boundary features (fences/walls), if any, the property owner is responsible to maintain.
- If there are specifications for the boundary features (e.g. a solid wood fence 6ft high).
- The specific dimensions of the property's land, if the property's land is registered with exact measurements.
